Having worked nearly 40 years with Mauritian companies, being retired since 2008, it was very difficult not to travel regularly in the Indian Ocean region.
We learned about the new foreign owner’s scheme of the Mauritius government, IRS first and then RES.
So we started looking for developers and therefore seek to discuss with them our future (potential) purchase.
We selected Evaco group and were seduced by the project "Athena". This was perfect for what we wanted. Not too big, not too small. 3 bedroom villas to welcome our children and grandchildren. Tranquility, swimming pool - Perfect -

We purchased 2 villas on OASIS II without knowing Mauritius and the property developer.
The site was a bare land when we decided to purchase but the quality of the construction on the previous project OASIS I had convinced us. It is without hesitation that we committed ourselves.

Une maison à l’Ile Maurice…
Comme de nombreux passionnés de ce pays, j’en ai rêvé longtemps.
Mais face aux nombreuses difficultés (chantiers interminables voire jamais terminés, problèmes de qualité, esthétique approximative…) j’ai failli abandonner avant de tomber sur le groupe Evaco.
Aujourd’hui détenteur d’une maison Oasis, je multiplie les séjours dans cette Ile.
Je peux vivre une vie vraie avec mes enfants, inviter des amis, le bonheur…
Lors de mes absences, pas de soucis puisque tous les services (jardinage, entretien de la piscine, sécurité), sont permanents.
Deux de mes amis regrettent de ne pas m’avoir imité; trop tard, tout est vendu. Peux-être dans un prochain programme d’Evaco?

Grand Baie Business Park
Le Grand Baie Business Park est un de mes meilleurs investissements. J’y ai acheté un premier bureau puis un second que j’ai mis en location. Evaco m’a trouvé des locataires très rapidement. Concept immobilier novateur, prix intéressant et très bonne rentabilité locative.
