Business centre located in Grand Baie comprising of 73 offices and a restaurant. The Grand Baie Business Park welcomes mainly high valued companies operating within financial and information technology sectors of activity. The first phase of the project including 43 offices and the restaurant was completed in 2004 while the second phase adding 30 other offices was completed in 2009.
