In fact, our first international footprint will be with the realisation of a major real estate project in Europe, more specifically in Croatia. The project will be located on the Island of Šolta, the most overseen Island pearl at the Adriatic. It covers a surface area of more than 170 000 m2 in a private bay and only 15 minutes from the Split International Airport.

Recognised as the premier tourist destination in Mauritius, Grand Baie will gain a new momentum with the waterfront. This project will include state of the art infrastructure, recreational areas, a marina, green spaces accessible to all. Evaco Group has been working for 4 years on the conceptualisation of this unique project. Community, sustainability, and inclusivity are at the heart of this development. As soon as the permits and other authorisations from the government are obtained, this project will see the light of day and thus set in motion the transformation of the island’s northern coastline.
